Group fitness classes combine strength, mobility, balance, cardio, and functional movement in a supportive, welcoming environment. With small class sizes and exercises that can be modified for different fitness levels, you'll get the benefits of personalized coaching along with the motivation and energy of a group. All fitness levels are welcome—come as you are and we'll help you get stronger from there. 💪

Strength and Mobility
A balanced combination of functional strength training and mobility work designed to improve strength, range of motion, stability, and everyday movement.

Mobility
A low-impact class focused on flexibility, joint mobility, posture, and quality movement. You will work through controlled exercises and stretches designed to help reduce stiffness and improve how your body feels and moves.

Balance and Core
Build stability from the inside out. Improve balance, core strength, and coordination through purposeful exercises that carry over into everyday life. A great class for improving stability, posture, confidence, and overall movement.

Functional Strength
Build practical total body strength through movements that help you lift, carry, bend, push, pull, and move with greater confidence. Appropriate for a variety of fitness levels with individualized modifications available.

Wednesdays 4pm
Circuit Training
Rotate through a series of strength and functional training stations for a fun, efficient, full-body workout. You'll work at your own pace while receiving coaching and encouragement throughout the class.
